These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Green Sky Irrigation website at greenskyirrigation.com ("the Site") and any services we provide. By accessing the Site or engaging Green Sky Irrigation for services, you agree to these Terms.

Green Sky Irrigation is a licensed California contractor (License #1135410) based in Perris, California, providing irrigation installation, sprinkler repair, drip systems, smart controllers, drainage solutions, sod installation, and related landscape services in Riverside County and the Inland Empire.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce content for commercial use without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through any contact form

3. Service Estimates and Quotes

Quotes provided through this Site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after an on-site assessment if conditions differ from those described. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

Free estimates are provided in the cities we regularly serve. We may charge a trip fee for estimates outside our standard service area.

4. Service Agreements

Any work we perform will be governed by a separate written service agreement or proposal that you sign before work begins. That agreement will include scope of work, materials, pricing, payment schedule, warranty terms, and start/completion dates. These Terms apply to your use of the website and do not replace the service agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for completed work are set in your individual service agreement and comply with California Business & Professions Code §7159. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Down payments for residential work are limited as required by California law (typically 10% or $1,000, whichever is less, for jobs over $500).

6. Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty as stated in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment apply separately as provided by each manufacturer. Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, neglect, freeze damage, vandalism, acts of nature, or modifications made by anyone other than Green Sky Irrigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photos, logos, and graphics — is owned by Green Sky Irrigation or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference (e.g., printing a quote you received).

8. Reviews and Testimonials

Customer reviews and testimonials displayed on the Site are real and unaltered. We do not pay for reviews. If you submit a review or photo of completed work to us directly, you grant us permission to display it on the Site and in marketing materials.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information on the Site. Information about pricing, availability, and service offerings may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Green Sky Irrigation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from work we perform under a signed service agreement, which is governed by that agreement and applicable California law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Green Sky Irrigation harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
